- Payment processing (Stripe), when you subscribe to a paid plan — card details are collected and handled directly by Stripe, not by us
- Real-time practice features (OpenAI), when you use them
- Error monitoring (Sentry)
- Transactional email delivery
- Public authorities, when required by law
7. International data transfer
Some processors handle data outside Brazil (for example, in the United States). In those cases we apply appropriate safeguards, in line with LGPD arts. 33 to 36.

We apply industry-standard security measures, including encryption, secure connections (HTTPS), and regular audits.

We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. After account deletion, some data may be retained for a limited period for legal compliance and security, and backups are automatically purged within 90 days.
